Do you think the CLP should have attended Estimates this week?

The Estimates process is underway in the Northern Territory but the Opposition did not attend.

Member for Araluen Robyn Lambley joined Katie Woolf on 360 this morning and said the CLP got it wrong and should have taken part.

"As a politician you have to embrace every opportunity. They (Government) carved Estimates up and split it into two parts, one earlier in the year, one this week. It didn't make a lot of sense but that's the way it is," Lambley said.

"It's a shame the CLP have been so ridiculous in boycotting this process again, because they aren't asking the questions."

Leader of the Opposition Gary Higgins was on 360 yesterday and told listeners the Opposition had submitted 350 written questions to the committee.

"To call the review into annual reports the Estimates process shows a lack of understanding by this Government into the Westminster system," Higgins said.
