Owen Pike and Chief Minister Facebook stoush

This morning Katie Woolf spoke with the Chief Minister Michael Gunner regarding his Government's Activate Darwin plan for Darwin City before questioning him over sacked Manufacturers Council chair Owen Pike's claims, that he has had it confirmed, the NT Government did make contact with the Chamber of Commerce NT in the lead-up to his removal from his position last Friday.

The Chief Minister Michael Gunner confirmed on Katie Woolf's 360 show, he did formally write to the Chamber of Commerce as the Chief Minister to inform them of his Facebook dispute with Owen Pike, he went on to say "what ever you do is up to you, but I think you need to have the facts to make a decision. So the Chamber made their own decision, as they should. It's not my position to tell the Chamber what to do or not to do" said Mr Gunner.
