Health Minister Selena Uibo says staff working in the Emergency Department at Royal Darwin Hospital have raised concerns with her about serious assaults.

She told Katie Woolf the government is working to provide more support, security and protections with unions also pushing for more safeguards as part of their “Hands off our workers” campaign.

Ms Uibo says the implementation of new health computer system, Acacia has been rolled back at Royal Darwin and Palmerston Hospital Emergency Departments after several teething issues.
