Five teenagers have been arrested after an alleged ram raid at a licensed premises at Jingili.
Police say they received reports that a licenced premises on McMillans Road had been unlawfully entered around 1:30am.
The offenders allegedly drove into the property doors in a stolen vehicle to gain access.
It’s further alleged they caused significant property damage and stole alcohol before fleeing the scene.
Officers say the offenders attended a service station on Berrimah Road, at Berrimah and stole fuel.
A vehicle pursuit was initiated by police, and officers successfully deploying a tyre deflation device.
The vehicle was abandoned a short time later with the offenders fleeing on foot towards a nearby school on Sabine Road, Millner.
Strike Force Trident and Dog Operations officers established a cordon of the area and arrested two boys aged, 13 and 14, and two girls aged 13.
A 15-year-old boy was also arrested over the incident later this morning, at a residence in Moulden.
While in custody, one of the girls allegedly spat on a police officer.
Strike Force Trident Detectives are urging anyone who witnessed the incident to come forward.
