The NT Government is set to bolster local activities focused on strengthening community resilience around suicide prevention.
28 community organisations have received a share of $250,000 provided to deliver inclusive spaces to discuss the issue.
Previous grant recipient the Darwin Dragons Rugby Union Club ran two suicide prevention game rounds last year, as well as delivered sessions focusing on coping, resilience and managing emotions.
The grants aim to empower non-government organisations and community members to deliver important localised suicide prevention projects across the Territory.
