NT Election: Meet the Candidates for Port Darwin

Four candidates are running for the seat of Port Darwin in the NT election, which is in for a new face following the retirement of Labor’s Paul Kirby.

It was a close race at the last election, with Paul Kirby winning on preferences with 2,241 two-candidate-preferred votes ahead of the CLP’s Toby George on 2,060 votes.

Paul Kirby received 1,611 primary votes, with Toby George receiving 1,625 followed by Territory Alliance’s Gary Strachan on 540 votes.
