Minister for Logistics and Infrastructure Bill Yan says bus drivers will now be much safer with driver protection screens now installed on all buses on the Darwin and Alice Springs network.

Mr Yan also told Katie Woolf improvements are being made to access at Royal Darwin Hospital with Damabila Drive being bolstered for emergencies adding that the main entrance via Rocklands Drive will be upgraded.

He also told Katie Woolf a second permanent entry is planned as part of the Lee Point Defence housing development that would include an extension of Florey Avenue.
