Police are calling for witnesses after an 11-year-old boy was assaulted by an unknown teenager in Muirhead.
Authorities say the boy was walking along Asche Street at around 3pm on Sunday (January 26), when the attack took place.
It’s alleged as the 11-year-old entered William Forest Park the male offender, riding a black two-wheel scooter, knocked him to the ground before continuing to assault him on the floor.
The victim managed to free himself and call for help, with the offender fleeing the scene on the scooter.
The offender is described as being between 16-18 years of age, about 5’10”, with a skinny build, wearing a long white white and black dress with puffy hair.
