Investigations are underway following an aggravated burglary in Katherine East.
Authorities say offenders broke into a government armoury on Tuesday morning, stealing a gun safe containing a large amount of ammunition and 40 tranquiliser darts.
Police say no firearms have been reported stolen.

A crime scene has been established at the armoury and investigations are continuing.
