A 45 year old man has been arrested after an alleged aggravated assault at Palmerston on Tuesday.
Northern Territory police responded to an incident at Palmerston Circuit, find a 63-year-old man unconscious.
Police say CCTV footage shows the older man being kicked in the head multiple times before the offender fled.

The man was transported to the Royal Darwin with serious injuries.
Police have since located and arrested the 45-year-old, who remains in police custody.
Investigations are continuing.
