NT Police Association President Paul McCue says officers have been targeted again, with youths driving stolen cars at police vehicles in Katherine.

It’s the second incident like this in the last two weeks – with a similar situation in Alice Springs, which saw police warn residents to avoid the CBD.

Mr McCue told Katie Woolf it’s only a matter of time before lives are lost and the NT Government needs to act now to stop kids wandering the streets late at night.
