Chief Minister admits only 33 of 63 police grads have hit the beat, with others still in training
Chief Minister Eva Lawler has admitted 33 police recruits won’t graduate until 19th July despite the Police Minister spruiking that 64 new constables hit the beat last Friday.
She also told Katie Woolf Labor announced its home builders boost package after receiving a report from the new NT Housing Alliance, rejecting suggestions it’s throwing around money ahead of the election.
Ms Lawler says she will follow up with the Attorney General in regards to a man who pleaded guilty to the attempted rape of a child remaining at liberty despite breaching his suspended sentence.
