Larrakia elder Richard Fejo says he has quit as Chair of the Darwin Waterfront to take a stand against the CLP Government lowering the age of criminal responsibility from 10 to 12.

He told Katie Woolf a lot of community residents have contacted him with concerns, claiming the changes are targeting Aboriginal people.

Dr Fejo says he can’t sit back and watch kids get locked up, turning them into bad kids.
