A 15-year-old boy has been killed following a three-vehicle crash on Girraween Road.
Authorities were called to the scene at around 8:15 last night (April 30), following an incident involving a car and two dirt bikes.
Upon arrival authorities declared a 15-year-old boy deceased.
A 14-year-old boy received serious injuries and has been transported to Royal Darwin Hospital in a stable condition.
The driver of the vehicle, a 38-year-old man, reported the crash to police.
He has tested negative for alcohol and drugs and is assisting police with their investigation.
The injured rider received initial treatment at the scene before being transported to Royal Darwin Hospital in a stable condition for further medical attention.
Major Crash detectives are currently investigating the circumstances surrounding the incident.
