A 19-year-old man has been arrested in relation to an aggravated robbery in Wagaman at the weekend.
It’s alleged around 12pm on Saturday (July 27), a man entered a business on Wagaman Place and assaulted a female employee before stealing her handbag.
It’s further alleged the offender handed the bag to two male youths who were waiting outside, before fleeing on a bike.
Police managed to arrest a 19-year-old man on Sunday (July 28), allegedly in possession of the stolen items.
The man has been charged with aggravated robbery and has been remanded in custody.
