A date with the courts for a man accused of sexually assaulting a woman at Darwin Esplanade.
It’s alleged the 35-year-old assaulted the woman between 8.45pm and 9.30pm on Monday night.
The victim was taken to hospital for assessment, while investigations continued.

While the man is expected to be charged with rape and Deprivation of Liberty.
It’s believed the accused and victim do not know each other.
