Four youths have been arrested following an aggravated robbery in Darwin.
Police were called to a shopping complex on Bagot Road at around 12pm yesterday (Apeil 8), following reports of a robbery.
Authorities allege two male youths entered a store in the complex, with one using a baseball bat to threaten staff.
It’s alleged the pair fled the scene after stealing two scooters and a baseball bat.
A short time later it’s further alleged a group of tried to access a complex in Coconut Grove.
All four were arrested a short time later, aged between 10 and 12.
A 12-year-old set to face court at a later date, while the other three alleged offenders have been dealt with under the provisions of the Youth Justice Act 2005.
Investigations are ongoing.
