The director of National Parks NT is set to plead guilty to damaging a sacred site at Gunlom Falls…
Ricky Archer apologising for the damage to one of Kakadu’s most popular spots.
It comes three-weeks after a landmark high court decision was overturned on appeal, meaning crown immunity for offences under the NT’s sacred sites act would no longer hold.

Gunlom Falls has been closed since the dispute began.
