Police have arrested a 25-year-old man in relation to a string of domestic violence offences in Darwin.
It’s alleged authorities attempted to apprehend the man in Bagot early yesterday morning (March 27), who allegedly had an active arrest warrant and been evading police.
Police say shortly after 7:30am the offender and another man were seen driving erratically in the area, as well as driving on the footpath.

A tire deflation device was used however it failed to bring the vehicle to a stop.
Both the 25-year-old and his 30-year-old passenger were arrested with the help of the dog squad a short time later.
