Northern Territory police have arrested three youths on multiple alleged offences carried out across Darwin.
After 10pm on Sunday (January 12), multiple stolen cars were reported to police across Darwin and Palmerston, with reports of vehicles driving dangerously also reported to authorities.
Early the next morning, police engaged in a pursuit with two allegedly stolen Toyota Landcruisers which were driving through Palmerston, which had to be called off.
Police say both vehicles were stolen.
Strike Force Trident and the Dog Operations Unit coordinated a response, and with the assistance of Adelaide River Police tracked both stolen vehicles to the Daly River area.
Tyre deflation devices were successfully deployed on both vehicles, which came to a stop approximately 80km west of Adelaide River.
Three male youths aged between 12 and 14 were apprehended at the scene.
Investigations are ongoing and police will say charges will come for the trio.
