Two years after a popular local pub called last drinks, moves are being made to reopen under new ownership.
Litchfield’s Virginia Tavern was recently listed for sale, with a $1.4-million price tag.
The Tavern shut up shop in May 2022 amid a dispute between the landlord and licensee – and it has been sitting empty since.

According to the real estate listing, it comes with all the fixtures, furniture and equipment, as well as licensing.
