A 28-year-old woman has been arrested following an alleged violent robbery in Palmerston.
Police say a 43-year-old woman was attacked by the 28-year-old at 4.20 on Friday afternoon (May 3) at a licensed venue in the area.
It’s alleged the woman punched and bit the victim, forcing her to the ground.

It’s further alleged the woman kicked the victim in the face while she was on the ground, before fleeing the scene on foot after stealing a $50 dollar note.
Police later managed to apprehend the woman after a small foot chase.
