Walk ‘n’ Flick

Bring along your kids, dogs and whoever you’d like to Palmerston Lakes to have a flick in the waters to try your luck at catching the elusive Barra.

There will be a prize for the biggest fish caught, of any species but don’t forget to take a photo to be eligible!
Only barbless hooks are to be used for this event, for public and fish safety. No nets will be permitted in any of the lakes. In Palmerston we follow a strictly catch and release policy. ALL fish are to be returned to the lake for future fishos to catch.
